Diy Easy Burp Cloths

I have been trying to come up with a gift to give to a nephew that will be arriving soon and thought these would be perfect for a first time Mom.  I might even make some more for my baby because they went together so fast and they seem really absorbent (much needed for my babies).

I think they turned out pretty cute and were very inexpensive to make.

If you're interested in making your own click on read more for the tutorial.

Cut  two 10" by 15" pieces one out of flannel or cotton and one out of terry cloth
(the towel like fabric)

Pin right sides together and sew along three sides leaving a short end open.

Clip corners being careful not to cut threads, this makes your corners turn a little easier.

 Turn right side out

Turn open edge in and pin

Sew around all the edges using a 1/4" seam allowance

And that's it roll them up and tie a ribbon around to give as a gift or keep them yourself and don't stress to much about making them perfect cause their just gonna get barfed on, no worries.
