And then a few months later to see it sitting in the corner collecting dust because you ran out of mixes...well it's time to dust it off because I have found a cheap and easy alternative.

3 tbs store bought cake mix (any flavor)
2 tbs. water
Mix together, pour into two greased Easy Bake cake pans, bake in a preheated easy bake for 12 min. each. Let cool before removing.
Easy Frosting
I have only tried this with chocolate cake mix, but it worked great and all you have to do is add water.
Put 2 tbs chocolate cake mix in a small bowl, add water until desired consistency, spread or drizzle on cakes.
Pink Barbie Cake
3 tbs. strawberry cake mix
2 tbs. water
Mix together, pour into 2 greased cake pans, bake in preheated easy bake 12 min.each, let cool before removing.

White Frosting
4 tsp shortening softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
colored sprinkles

Directions
Stir together shortening, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy.
Spread 2 teaspoons of frosting on top of 1st layer.
Add 2nd layer and continue frosting.
Sprinkle
Frosts a 2 layer cake.
Now you'll be all set to have an easy bake party, when it comes to Easy Bake Oven's two are definitely better than one, you get twice the amount of cake in half the time.
